Serena is a San Francisco-based character and prop designer currently working on an unannounced pilot at Lex & Otis Animation Studio, where she has done freelance development work. Her clients include Netflix Animation and Riot Games.

During her time as a college student, she interned at Titmouse Animation Studio on the show Niko and the Sword of Light for Amazon Studios. In search of her career path, she traveled to animation festivals such as Annecy, OIAF, and LBX. She is also the Netflix Prop Trainee Finalist at the end of 2021.

 

She continues to be an active member of Rise Up Animation, Women In Animation, and Asians In Animation. When she isn’t drawing, you can find her baking and making TikTok.
